Really good Stay with Amazing Views
beautiful architecture really good staff spacious room
I found the hotel to have beautiful architecture and artwork throughout. The staff were really good from reception to pool attendants. Cocktails from the lounge bar were some of the best I have had. Rooms were spacious and decadent providing a luxurious experience.
My only very slight gripe was that the guestroom sometimes experienced a minor delay in replenishing the tea and coffee station. However this was rectified quickly upon request.

The hotel is a calm retreat, sitting atop Monte Mario. It offers a complimentary shuttle. A 10-minute walk leads to the Trevi Fountain. The transfer time is about 20 minutes, traffic dependent.

The hotel features lush Mediterranean parklands and several pools both indoor and outdoor. Guests have access to a spa and two clay tennis courts. There is also a convention center and shops.

The staff is friendly throughout the hotel. Ladies in the Imperial Lounge are exquisite and always smiling. Nothing is too difficult for them at all times. The pool area staff are very friendly also.

The restaurants have reasonably priced, great food. Breakfast includes a grand buffet each morning. Patio 101 provides options for dinner, and dinner poolside is also available. The restaurants' staff is very attentive.

charming stay in the city
rome view birthday cake amazing view very nice artifacts
i booked a beautiful king room and was upgraded due to hilton gold status to a rome view room i arrived to a bottle of prosecco and a birthday cake the imperial club and the view made my stay amazing the hotel is like staying in a museum artifacts are on display throughout corridors and communal areas i recommend wandering the lobby
the check in experience failed to rival other properties i have visited

the staff secured taxis and made plans for my day the service at the restaurant was excellent roberto was attentive and kind i found staff helpful willing and excellent.

the hotel is located away from the hustle taxis get you to local sights within about twenty minutes the location is quite relaxing i was actually quite glad to have views across the city.

Really good Stay with Great Staff
attentive server cute staff excellent amenity high point
We found the service at the restaurant excellent. Roberto, our server, was particularly attentive. The staff was cute, especially to our children. We swam often and enjoyed every hotel amenity. The spa was another high point.
The clock radio offered the only USB outlet next to the bed.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. Concierge services aided efficiently with local transportation options. The personnel demonstrated consistent support. These aspects contributed positively to our stay.

Our Beautiful King Room provided ample space to relax. The room included a minibar stocked with beverages. The bed was comfortable and offered good rest. Regular housekeeping maintained the cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast offered numerous options including fresh juices. The on-site restaurant presented diverse meal selections. The quality of food aligned well with a luxury hotel expectation. Service during dining hours was attentive (the pancakes were good!).

The outdoor pool provided a refreshing experience. The gym included several cardio machines and free weights. The spa offered various treatments for relaxation. The grounds were well kept with green spaces.
